What is the minimum booking time?

Hourly bookings start at two hours. Below that a standard point-to-point trip is usually better value, and dispatch will say so rather than sell you hours you do not need.

Is waiting and standby time included?

Yes. Within your booked hours the vehicle and driver are held for you — waiting outside a meeting, standing by between locations or parked while you are at dinner all count as part of the booking, not as extras.

Can we make multiple stops?

Yes. Send the planned stops for an accurate quote. The order can usually change on the day, subject to the booked time, expected distance and vehicle availability.

What does it cost?

Hourly work is quoted in writing rather than advertised at a fixed rate, because the vehicle, hours, distance covered and time of day all change the number. Send your date and estimated hours and you will have a written quote before anything is confirmed.

Which vehicles are available by the hour?

Sedan and SUV for up to four passengers, and a passenger van for up to seven. Tell dispatch the passenger count and luggage and the appropriate vehicle is assigned.

Can the booking start at the airport?

Yes. Hourly bookings often start at Charlottetown Airport (YYG) with a meet-and-greet arrival and run straight into a day of meetings. Send the flight number so the start time follows the actual landing.

Can we extend on the day if we run over?

Usually, yes — tell the driver as early as you can and dispatch will check the vehicle is not committed elsewhere. Additional time is charged at the agreed hourly basis, confirmed before it starts.

Do you handle corporate accounts and production bookings?

Yes. Approved corporate accounts may qualify for invoicing, while production or crew work can be coordinated through one point of contact across multiple days and vehicles.
